Bookings and Payment

  • Payment is by cash, on collection

  • Collection after 12:00pm incurs an extra day charge

  • In the event of collection before end of booked stay, the full stay will be charged

  • At Christmas the minimum stay charged is 1 week

  • A 50€ (per cat) non-refundable deposit is required for Christmas bookings, which is to be paid by 31st October or your place will be given to someone else. It is your responsibility to let us know dates and to pay the deposit.
  • New cats are required to leave a 50€ deposit on check in
  • Please advise us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation, this ensures that we can offer the run to another customer, thus allowing us not to charge a fee for cancellations
